Terms and Conditions for Kobido Massage Services

1. Health Responsibility and Contraindications
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any health conditions, including but not limited to skin issues, fillers, recent surgeries, infections, or pregnancy (especially during the first trimester). The practitioner is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed health issues. If in doubt, please consult your doctor before the session.

- Use of Oils: Only organic oils are used during the massage. However, if preferred, clients are welcome to bring their own favorite massage oils. It should be noted that the practitioner is not responsible for any skin irritations or reactions resulting from the use of personal oils.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 950 CZK is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. Please include your full name or the social media nickname used in communication in the payment description.
- Changes and Cancellations: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited. However, it is possible to transfer the booking to another person.
- Payment: The remaining balance is payable after the massage, either via QR code or cash.

3. Guests and Privacy
As the studio is based at a private residence, clients are kindly asked not to bring companions to the appointment without prior approval. For the privacy and comfort of all clients, entry is strictly by appointment only, and access to the studio is not available from the street without prior booking.

4. Pets at the Venue
Please note, a small Schnauzer dog is present at the venue. While he may bark upon arrival, he is harmless and quickly calms down.
